My journey began in the vibrant world of art, illustration and design. Since the 1980s, I've exhibited in galleries in New York, Toronto, and Detroit. Each exhibition and illustration commission was an opportunity to connect with audiences, understand their perspectives, and communicate stories through visual mediums. This experience taught me the importance of listening and adapting to the needs and desires of others—a skill that is incredibly valuable in real estate.

From Art Director to Real Estate Advisor

As an art director, I had the privilege of working with major clients such as the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and Sir Paul McCartney. These high-stakes projects required meticulous planning, creativity, and exceptional communication skills. Coordinating with diverse teams and meeting the expectations of high-profile clients honed my ability to deliver results under pressure. In real estate, these skills translate into effectively managing transactions, negotiating deals, and ensuring my clients' goals are met.

My entrepreneurial journey led to the development of a successful storytelling-based online educational resource. This platform, widely used in Australia and Canada (including all schools in the Toronto District School Board) eventually attracted Chinese and Canadian investors, culminating in a joint venture in Beijing, China. Building this business from the ground up required strategic thinking, innovation, and a deep understanding of market dynamics. These entrepreneurial skills are crucial in real estate, where market trends and strategic decisions can make all the difference.

Real Estate Experience

Having bought and sold several homes in Toronto, I understand the complexities and emotional aspects of real estate transactions. Currently, I own a home in Chatham-Kent and an investment property in Windsor, giving me firsthand experience in managing properties and understanding the local market.
